HEIDI WILDE, FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR

Heidi is originally from the UK and has travelled extensively through South America and Australasia over the last few years. Emigrating to New Zealand in late 2017, Heidi is keen to develop her career in the not-for-profit sector. Having worked in Marketing, Communications, Events and Fundraising since 2014, her recent experience of working for a Charity has shown Heidi how she can use her skills to help enhance the lives of others, rather than just to increase company profits. As a very passionate sports person, working for PNZ is the perfect organisation to combine her love of sport, health and fitness with her understanding of fundraising, excellent verbal and written communication skills and her years of experience in the preparation of community funding applications.
As Fundraising Coordinator, Heidi is responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager to deliver against the objectives in the PNZ Strategic Plan ‘Towards 2020’ and the Business Plan to the end of 2020. This includes implementing the PNZ Fundraising Plan that supports the strategic direction of the organisation across multiple channels (Regular Giving, Direct Response, Community Events, Workplace Giving, Online Fundraising, Corporate and Foundation Grants, Corporate Events, and High Value Giving) and assisting with the delivery of the fundraising partner component of the commercial strategy. Heidi’s role includes leading the management and maintenance of the PNZ CRM database.
