Kristin Farrell, Senior Manager of Sport and Pathways
Kristin is responsible for providing strategic advice and operational support to enhance Para sport and Para athlete pathways and performance. Working in conjunction with key sport partners including HPSNZ, National Sporting Organisations and National Disability Sport Organisations, this role aims to ensure that Para sport pathways provide opportunities for Para athletes in New Zealand.
Kristin has a strong background in sport management roles with over 15 years working at various levels within the sector. Following ten years at Drug Free Sport NZ, Kristin was the Teams Services Operations Manager for FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 and prior to starting at PNZ was an Events Manager at New Zealand Cricket. With a passion for relationship management, programme development and operations, Kristin has extensive experience working alongside key stakeholders and ensuring objectives are achieved.

Interests
Kristin enjoys sport and exercise with a passion for football, AFL and running. Outside of an active sporting schedule, Kristin loves spending time with family and friends.
