- Anna Grimaldi became only the third New Zealand woman in Paralympic history to win a gold medal at three consecutive Paralympics, joining Dame Sophie Pascoe and Eve Rimmer who have won gold at four consecutive Paralympics.

The number of silver medals is taken into consideration next and then the number of bronze medals.
