The Farmers Santa Parade has an 86-year legacy, celebrating the start of the Festive season each year. The Parade will be supporting Paralympics New Zealand (PNZ) as the charity of choice for the second year running.
PNZ, with help from amazing volunteers, will be taking to the 1.8km Parade Route pre-parade to fundraise to help get the New Zealand Paralympic Team to the rescheduled Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, and to increase awareness of Para sport, Para athletes, and the Paralympic Movement in New Zealand, advocating for a more diverse and inclusive society.
If you would like to join us in celebrating the Festive season why not volunteer to be a part of the PNZ volunteer team? We will be fundraising to bring more awareness and opportunity for Para sport in the community, and to help take the New Zealand Paralympic Team to Tokyo 2020. We would love it if you could be involved!
