Getting started in Para sport

Whatever your experience and aspirations, there are a number of opportunities for you to get involved in Para sport in New Zealand.

The ultimate goal for some Para athletes may be to represent their country at a Paralympic Games whilst for others it may be to just compete against other Para athletes in their chosen sport. Here you will find all the information you need as you progress through your journey to the Paralympic Games from grassroots to gold!
