Passports
Management will have a copy of your passport and you should also carry copies of your passport, a photo of your passport on your mobile device is always a good idea. Do not store these copies in the same bag as your original passport. All Team passports can be held in the safe at the Team support office throughout the duration of the Games.
Should you lose your passport, there is one course of action:
Tell Lynette Grace (Deputy Chef de Mission) immediately. All lost passports will be handled by Team Management. If in the event you do lose your passport you will be required to produce a photocopy of your passport.
