Jane Stevens
Chef de MissionJane is a powerhouse of knowledge and experience in adaptive snow sports having specialised in the area for almost four decades. The current Para High Performance Programme and Pathway Manager at Snowsports NZ, Jane has extensive coaching and operational experience both in Aotearoa New Zealand and around the world.
Previously the Head Coach of the British Disabled Ski Team. Formerly an Adaptive Course Manager for the NZSIA (New Zealand Ski Instructors Alliance) she holds teaching and coaching qualifications in NZSIA, BASI and the Canadian system.
Head coach for the NZ Paralympic Team at Torino 2006 she served as Assistant Coach in Pyeongchang 2018. Jane was Chef de Mission at Beijing 2022, the most successful NZ Paralympic Team at a Paralympic Winter Games for 20 years.

Lynette Grace
Deputy Chef de MissionAs Head of Games and Sport Delivery with Paralympics New Zealand since 2014, Lynette has a wealth of experience and knowledge in creating high performance environments that support athlete success. Lynette served in management roles for the NZ Paralympic Team at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games and Pyeongchang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games. She was a Deputy Chef de Mission for the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. She has been responsible for developing and delivering the NZ Paralympic Team Games campaigns and is excited to continue her leadership role within the New Zealand Paralympic Team.

Daniel Bogue
Head CoachAfter studying Accounting at Otago University, Dan traded spreadsheets for snow and began a global journey as a ski instructor, working across Canada, Japan, and the USA. A highly respected New Zealand Snowsports Instructors Alliance (NZSIA) Examiner and now President of the NZSIA, he brings deep technical expertise to the adaptive skiing world. As Head Coach of the New Zealand Paralympic Team, he is passionate about high-performance development and inclusion in snow sports. He has been working with Adam and Corey for the past three seasons.

Sam Lynch
Assistant CoachSam has been coaching skiing since 2013 when he trained with the Instructor Training Centre programme at Cardrona Alpine Resort. Since then, he has continued working at Cardrona’s ski school and with the Wanaka ski team. Sam has also spent Northern Hemisphere winters coaching in Europe, Canada, and Japan. Currently, he is Race Coordinator at Cardrona and Treble Cone Resorts.

Helene Barron
Team PhysiotherapistHelene is a Specialist Sports Physiotherapist, whose career has encompassed working in a range of sports at a community, regional and international level with both non-disabled and disabled athletes for more than 20 years. Helene worked as a physio at the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, and multiple World Cup and World Championship events. She is looking forward to working at her first Paralympic Winter Games.
Helene has been a Performance Physiotherapist for High Performance Sports New Zealand (HPSNZ) with the Snow Sports NZ team since 2022, working across both the Park & Pipe Olympic and Paralympic programmes.
Helene is an avid trail runner, former New Zealand age group hockey representative, and a keen skier. When she is not working with the team she loves spending time with her family, friends, or out on the trails.

Sarah de Wattignar
Team PsychologistSarah is a clinical psychologist who works primarily in sport through HPSNZ, PNZ and her private practice. She partners with teams, athletes, and coaches to foster cohesion, shared purpose, and high performance under pressure. At the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Winter Games, Sarah will support the NZ Paralympic Team to ensure every member can best fulfil their role and perform to their best. Her practice integrates performance enhancement, clinical support, safety, and wellbeing, grounded in evidence-based methods. Sarah worked as the Team Psychologist with the NZ Paralympic Team at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Dr Julie Milmine
Medical and Health LeadDr Milmine is a dual-trained Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physician and General Practitioner with a postgraduate qualification in Women’s Health and a special interest in point-of-care ultrasound.
She has over four years of experience working in elite Paralympic sport, including as Medical Lead for the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games and as a team physician at the Tokyo 2020 Games. She also served as Medical Lead for the Bali World Beach Games.
Dr Milmine is a co-director of MSK Ultrasound, a training course provider focused on point-of-care ultrasound education. She is also a regular faculty member at the Australasian Institute of Ultrasound (AIU), where she teaches clinicians across multiple disciplines.
Hamish Morison
Wax and Equipment TechnicianInvolved in alpine skiing for more than 30 years, it was during his time as a former ski racer when he first developed an interest in the art of making skis go fast. A Wax and Equipment Technician with the South Korean team at the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Games, Hamish was selected in the same role with the Great Britain team at the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Games. Excited to see the Paralympic Winter Games return to Europe, he hopes he can support the NZ Paralympic Team excel and achieve their goals in Milano Cortina 2026.
