Leilani Macdonald, Project and Administration Manager

Dale MacDonald, Para Sport Collective Manager

A key outcome is to develop and improve the effectiveness of the performance pathways in Para sport to successfully identify, develop, support and progress Para athletes to achieve medal winning performances at international events and Paralympic Games.

Steve Landells, Engagement and Communications Lead
Steve has more than 25 years of experience working in sport, media and communications. He leads on implementing agreed engagement plans with key PNZ stakeholders, that support core service delivery across the organisation. The role also entails leading on communications and media related activity, that support stakeholder engagement, contributing to the delivery of strategic outcomes within the PNZ Strategic Plan.

Jack Bouchier, Digital Content Creator
Jack manages the PNZ website and crafts content for PNZ’s social media channels. From publishing articles, creating Instagram and Facebook posts, to photo and video capture of our events, initiatives and athletes. Jack collaborates with the wider PNZ team to build and maintain a digital strategy to inform and interact with the Paralympics New Zealand community and further build our audience.

Jo O'Sullivan, Partner Servicing Manager
Jo brings extensive Partnership and Events experience across sport, entertainment and media, developed through her work with New Zealand Cricket, New Zealand Rugby and most recently TVNZ. Originally from Ireland, she’s passionate about challenging perceptions, standing for equality and using sport as a catalyst for positive change. Jo thrives on building strong relationships, delivering seamless experiences, and creating innovative solutions to bring partnerships to life. In her role, she’ll work closely with PNZ’s partners and whānau to create impact and uplift the communities they support. Outside of mahi, you’ll find her in the gym or out in the bush – either training or trying to keep up with her son.
