Lynette Grace, Head of Games Campaign and Sport Delivery

As a member of the PNZ Senior Leadership Team (SLT),providing strategic advice to the Chief Executive Officer, and senior support for organisation wide programmes and activities, allocating Games and Sport Delivery Team involvement. Lynette is primarily responsible for leading all aspects of campaign planning and sport performance, for the selection and participation of the NZ Paralympic Team at Summer and Winter Paralympic Games. Working closely with key external partners, including High Performance Sport New Zealand, National Sports Organisations, and Paralympic Games Local Organising Committees, to ensure the effective planning and implementation of all sport, performance, classification and pathways initiatives and activities.

As Head of Games and Sport Delivery, Lynette also liaises with New Zealand Government and security agencies, New Zealand Police and the New Zealand Olympic Committee, to develop a cohesive approach to the safety and wellbeing of NZ Paralympic Team representatives, that enhances their preparation and performance on the world stage.
