Peter Cowan wins Bronze

Para canoeist Peter Cowan ensured the NZ Paralympic Team quest at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games ended on a high by taking a brilliant bronze in the Men’s 200m VL3.

Competing in the va’a boat the Paracanoe World Championships silver medallist produced a scorching paddle in the A final to stop the clock in 48.28 and ensure New Zealand would conclude Paris 2024 with nine medals – one gold, four silver and four bronze.
