Getting started in Para sport

Whatever your experience and aspirations, there are a number of opportunities for you to get involved in Para sport in New Zealand.

The ultimate goal for some Para athletes may be to represent their country at a Paralympic Games whilst for others it may be to just compete against other Para athletes in their chosen sport.
